MSU Broad Art Lab
$5 for the general public and free for students of any age.
Every Friday in October, drop in to the Art Lab to learn introductory macrame skills to make your own plant hanger crafted from surplus electronics cords and upcycled glass containers from Spartan Upcycle.
Drop in on Fridays and "go green!” Each month, the MSU Broad Art Lab offers a sustainably conscious project in collaboration with Spartan Upcycle, the creative reuse branch of the MSU Surplus Store & Recycling Center. We repurpose and re-imagine items that might otherwise end up in a landfill with a creative twist. Materials and instruction are $5 for the general public and free for students of any age. Pre-registration for this event is encouraged. Register here.
Held at the Art Lab, located directly across the street from the museum at 565 E Grand River Ave., East Lansing, MI 48823.
